I heart Apples
I am a recent convert to Mac-ism. I started working for a guy who is seriously in love with macs, and he convinced me to be too. Not just by telling me reasons to love it, but by showing me his love for them, and giving me the opportunity to experience them. I wasn’t quite convinced at first because it was unfamiliar and i was used the old way of doing things. but the more i experience it, the more i realize that they really are the best.
You know what the say, once you go Mac, you never go back.
Whenever I see someone using a Mac, like at a coffeeshop or at Panera or something, I feel an immediate connection with them. Like we know something that others don’t. I think the feeling could be borderline elitist. I think the rest of computer users are totally missing out.

For many years I had a CP/M computer, but wanted a Mac. I finally bought a used one in 1989 and have never looked back. I’m typing this on a Powerbook.
But there is a PC in the house now. One reason is that some games are only available on the PC. Another is that Windows XP is useable. The PC sees daily use because it is silent, and I’m copying all of my CDs onto its many hard disks. My big black jukebox, playing Lyle Mays right now.
But all of my real work takes place on a Mac. Photo editing, Web work, writing. Much easier to live with.

We all try to find our way of being better than someone else

its so true… they just dont really know what they are missing! I hated macs before, and now I’ll never ever go back. I think there is a bigger analogy going on here!
